So I love all things spicy and have many recipes for Indian Curry, however I can never seem to get a decent recipe for good old fashion "Chip Shop" curry sauce. So I came across this recipe, and tried it and with a little tweak of cream, it turned out really good. I have made this now, three times and I love it. I usually add Chicken. Using this sauce, I had Chicken Curry with home made chips the other night and I was a very happy camper.
